I am so happy with my results with Dr. Gartner. He is an amazing professional, with excellent manners. The surgery was sucessfull...from begining to end, the process was seamless! I didnt even have pain after surgery. The whole practice from receptionist to medical nurses to the surgeon was impeccable! Thank you!

I was very well received, the team is wonderful, polite, and treats you very well. The doctor is amazing, there's nothing bad to say about him; he's wonderful, polite, and makes you feel comfortable. I saw some results before a month had passed, and now I'm two months in. I'm happy with my results. I'm very happy, I have no complaints, and I highly recommend it. This is the best place if you want to have surgery of any kind; I recommend it many times over.

I had tubular breast implants placed 18 years ago, and for the past four years I’ve been trying to move forward with having them removed. During that time, I became pregnant with my second child, which required me to cancel my surgery and delay the process. Life happens—but throughout it all, Dr. Gartner’s office remained supportive.

When I was finally able to move forward, I met the surgical coordinator, Raven, whom I had already been in contact with for some time. She consistently ensured that I received the best assistance and patiently answered my many persistent questions. During the consultation process, Raven was not just amazing—she was the very BEST. She demonstrated exceptional safety awareness, empathy, and professionalism, which made me feel confident and supported throughout my surgical journey.

My body was a reflection of Dr. Gartner’s work of art for almost 20 years, and for that I am forever grateful. The level of care and expertise speaks for itself. Raven’s support truly completed this experience, and I am so happy that she is part of your team.

Dr Gartner and his team are amazing to work with. I am in my 50’s and had Dr Gartner perform a breast lift for me 3 month ago. Going from 40DD to 38C, making my life so much more easier and less stressful. Surgery and recovery went well. I was back on video meetings the next day. Stayed home for a week due to drains, but minor pain compared to what I was expecting. Loved my results! Great experience overall! Highly recommend

This was my first time getting surgery, and I had a breast augmentation. Dr. Gartner was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain every detail from the lead up to the procedure, surgery day, and post-op care. On the day of my surgery, he walked me through everything step by step, which I appreciated so much. He’s very skilled and knowledgeable, and I’m beyond happy with my results.

I’m about 6 weeks post op breast augmentation with Dr Gartner, super happy with the results & how incisions are healing. I had one other consultation somewhere else before coming to Dr Gartner & there was a vast difference in time spent talking with Raven & Dr Gartner that made me confident to book my surgery here.

This is exactly what I was hoping for! I did a no shave transplant ( didnt go bald ) took great care of my recovery, but Dr. Gartner and the team laid the foundation for what is an INCREDIBLE before and after.

I had a BR done in April 2025 and what can I say, NOT a great experience. From the beginning I knew my breast is uneven and I have inversion of nipple issues and Gartner kept dismissing my feelings and concerns. I mean that’s horrible, what kind of doctor does that. Never cared about what I was experiencing or my concerns. Tried to confuse me in the process. He even yelled at me once and threatened me to remove another review I previously wrote otherwise he wasn’t going to see me anymore! Very shocking. I am inquiring about this because that is unprofessional and unethical. All he cares about is the money, so go elsewhere. I paid him a big lump sump and that’s all he obviously cared about ( the money). After my surgery he disregarded my feelings and concerns. I should have got a refund for the money I paid and the results I received. Not a good job! I WOULD NOT recommend this office for plastic surgery.

So so happy with Dr.Gartner and his staff! I had a Brachioplasty under local anesthetic with 360 lipo, the results are even better than I imagined. I’m getting married soon and this has given me the confidence to wear a strapless gown! My arms were always something I dreaded to see in pictures and this has been a dream come true. I definitely will be returning to Dr.Gartner for future procedures. Really appreciate the attention to detail during the healing process as well. Thank you very much guys.

I had surgery with Dr. Gartner at the Paramus office over a month ago — and he was my only consult. His reputation, plus the option to be awake under local anesthesia, and his honest, straightforward approach made me feel completely confident.

The procedure was painless, recovery was smooth, and the results are natural, flattering, and perfectly suited to my body and lifestyle. He truly listened and delivered.

The staff was also warm, helpful, and supportive every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier! I only wish I had done this sooner.

Dr. Gartner is incredible.

Not only has he taken great care of my health, but answered each and every question/concern I had at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming his patient! I would also like to mention his staff who at all times made sure I was attended and taken care of.

I had a labiaplsty performed by Dr. Gartner 6 months ago. Recovery was easy and went back to work in 2 weeks. Definitely recommend him!!
