Financing Options

Don’t let the cost of your treatment prevent you from realizing your dreams of a better appearance. Financing options are available to help you if needed. You may be able to pay as little as a couple hundred of dollars each month, making your transformation very affordable!

Consultation Fee

The Scheduling Fee for a consultation is $150 which will come off the cost of the surgery. In order to see Dr. Gartner in person for your one-on-one consultation, we ask for a valid credit card number to hold your appointment spot.

WHAT AM I PAYING FOR?

This fee reserves a time to speak with your expert surgeon privately and in-person. You will have ample time allotted to ask all of your questions and learn about your procedure in detail.

We know that your time is valuable, and your plastic surgeon’s time is in high-demand for consultations. We kindly ask that if you are unable to attend your consultation, provide at least 2 business days notice to cancel or reschedule, otherwise we will charge a $150 cancellation fee.

COSMETIC SURGERY FEES

Fees for various procedures depend on the extent of work involved, the time required, and whether or not any special instruments or tools are necessary.

Fees quoted in our practice represent the total amount (including the surgical fees, anesthesia, nursing, medications, etc.) and will be adjusted based on the complexity of your case, and the amount of time Dr. Gartner estimates your procedure would require.

We can provide personalized surgical quotes only after you have been seen and assessed in person.

When you are ready to schedule a surgical procedure, we require a 20% deposit, which will be credited toward your total surgery Fee.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR PAYMENT?

The Surgical Scheduling Fee is required to secure a surgical date. Until we received the fee, we do not guarantee your surgery date (Please do not make travel arrangements until we have confirmed your date).

This fee is deducted from the overall surgery fee (the remaining balance is due no later than 3 weeks before surgery).

Once your procedure date is confirmed and booked, we will provide you with required paperwork and lab requisition for you to complete and return, as well as order any required implants or special supplies for your surgery.

We are also happy to help reserve a hotel room for your stay so for this reason, it is important that you do not wait until the last moment to pay your Surgical Scheduling Fee. If you do, we may not be able to reserve a hotel room for your stay or obtain special order supplies if any are required.
