ABOUT DR. GARTNER

WHAT A NON-SURGICAL CELLULITE REDUCTION CAN DO FOR YOU

This is because cellulite is more than just fat—it’s an abnormal structure of the fat, fibrous tissue and trapped toxins located underneath the surface of your skin. In the past, cellulite has been notoriously difficult to get rid of and many people feel that they have no choice but to live with it but the good news is, that’s no longer true! You can permanently smooth your thighs and buttocks and remove that stubborn, unsightly “orange peel” look. Cellulite is not actually a problem with fat, which is why it cannot be treated with diet and exercise. It is a structural problem within the tissues involving tight, fibrous bands which pull the skin down, making indents, and small globules of fat which are trapped between these. Having thin skin makes the dimpled appearance more obvious. When fibrous bands connected under the skin tighten, the fat deposits will bulge, creating a dimpled skin surface.

You can experience the only minimally invasive treatment for cellulite, performed by double board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Gartner, conveniently located in vibrant, New York. With his extensive training and expertise, Dr. Gartner has been able to specialize in helping our patients eliminate cellulite with a single, minimally invasive surgical procedure. Imagine how great you’ll feel with smoother, sexier thighs!

WHAT MAKES YOUR CELLULITE REMOVAL TREATMENT UNIQUE?

Cellulaze treatment

Unlike other conventional cellulite treatments, our technology goes far deeper than the surface of your skin to target the actual abnormal structure and fat which cause your cellulite. This means that you’ll see the result of a far more effective treatment which actually normalizes and rejuvenates the treated area. Cellulaze is an innovative, laser-assisted cellulite treatment which breaks the fibrous bands under the skin and melts the pockets of fat around them. Amazingly, it takes only a single treatment to achieve all of this. A study published in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal[1] found that *a majority of patients achieved satisfaction from a single procedure*. All the patients questioned would also recommend the treatment to their friends.

Personal Consultation

One Procedure

Local Anesthesia

You will only need local anesthesia for your cellulite removal procedure which means you’ll experience less discomfort related to the effects of general anesthesia such as drowsiness, headache or nausea. In fact, you’ll be able to walk out of our surgical facility after your treatment, unassisted. You can get back to your daily activities shortly after your procedure.

Improvement In Skin Elasticity

*You’ll experience a great improvement in skin elasticity and a substantial improvement in skin thickness, making your thighs appear smoother, firmer and more resistant to cellulite development after your treatment.

LEARN ABOUT

YOUR SURGERY

Cellulaze cellulite treatment takes one to two hours and is performed at our state-of-the-art surgical facility by a double board certified Plastic surgeon.

  • The areas to be treated will be carefully marked by Dr. Gartner.
  • Local anesthesia is administered. Most people do not find this significantly uncomfortable and local anesthetic works effectively to eliminate discomfort from the procedure.
  • Tiny incisions are made in the area, each measuring only a millimeter or so.
  • A flexible, microcannula with a laser fiber is inserted through an incision and gently moved around to melt the trapped fat, break up abnormally structured fibrous tissue and stimulating collagen production.
  • The liquefied fat is released through the incisions or naturally metabolized by your body as waste matter.
  • The incisions are closed and dressed.

YOUR RECOVERY

Unlike other surgical procedures, your minimally invasive cellulite removal treatment is associated with far less discomfort, bruising and swelling. Bruising and swelling are relatively minor post-procedure and can be controlled by wearing your compression garment as advised. While numbness in the treated areas is uncommon, if you do experience this it will resolve in the days and weeks following your treatment.

How you’ll look while you recover

Healthy circulation keeps waste materials moving out of your system and aids in healing.
